Refund and returns policy

We offer a 30-day refund and return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for a return. It must also be in its original packaging.

The receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

A partial refund may be granted in certain circumstances:

  1. The item is damaged or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error if it is not in its original condition.
  2. Returns after 30 days are not accepted




Your return will be notified to you by email once it has been received and inspected. Refund approval or rejection will also be notified to you.

Within a certain amount of days, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Late or missing refunds

The first thing you should do if you have not received a refund is to check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while for your refund to appear on your account.

After that, contact your bank. Before a refund is posted, there is usually some processing time.

If an item is damaged or defective, we will replace it. Send us an email at support(at) if you need to exchange it for the same item.
